Had my first surf experience with Heri and Mike and it was so great. Got in contact with them and Mike booked me in just two hours later the same day. I was out on the water with Heri who was very professional and so good at his job! Thanks to him, I had an amazing first surf experience! I recommend it to everybody! This was my first time surfing and they got me set up with the perfect board. Heri is masterful in the water and really knows how to explain techniques so any habits you form will be good ones. Mike took amazing photos from the shore! I will remember my first surf for the rest of my life - I would recommend 808 Surf School to anyone!

Did a private lesson and felt really safe with my instructor and improved a ton! I received great information and coaching. I've taken surf lessons in other countries and states, so I can be picky when it comes to good service. This place has good vibes all around. I'll be doing more lessons next time I'm on Oahu and definitely recommend them!

I had my first surf lesson with Mike in Haliewa, and it was fantastic! He took our group out to an incredibly easy-to-learn surf spot, and we went as long as we could before the waves tired us out. He's friendly, understanding, and definitely someone you want to learn from. Highly recommended!
